Wash gently, makeup allowed
Cleansing and makeup are permitted, on the condition that nothing is rubbed hard or scratched. Pressure is what turns a normal recovery into a mark.
First week
Heat, water and acids out
Sauna, steam rooms and swimming are avoided for a week, and so is any exfoliation or peeling. Both instructions come from the clinic's own sheet for this device.

Sunscreen is not optional

What is actually in an exosome vial?
A preparation of extracellular vesicles, which are membrane-bound particles released by cultured cells and carrying signalling cargo. The preparation is applied to the skin surface during a session, and the grade and origin of the material are stated by the clinic at the consultation before anything is opened.
Is this a cell treatment?
No living cells are applied. What is used is a vesicle preparation produced from cultured cells, which is a different category of product with different handling and a different regulatory conversation. If a clinic describes vesicles and cell therapy as the same offering, that is a reason to ask more questions.
Why is exosome always paired with a device here?
Because intact skin is a barrier. Applied to closed skin, a preparation of this size has little route in. Rewind lists the vial beside RF microneedling on its sheet for that reason, and the pass is what creates the window in which the material is applied.

Will it help melasma or brown patches?
Pigment has its own pathway and is treated at this clinic with a laser protocol, so adding a vial to a needling session is the wrong route to it.
