What is the difference between Rejuran Healer and Rejuran i?

The short answer

Both are polynucleotide boosters made from purified salmon DNA. The difference Rewind works with is the target. Rejuran Healer is the line for facial skin and is listed in 2cc and 4cc sessions; Rejuran i, listed as Rejuran Eye, is the line for the thin skin under the eye and is listed as a 1cc session. Under the eyes, Rejuran i is the one used.

Each line has its own rate and its own place in Rewind's packages.

The names cause more confusion than the products. Patients read Healer as the strong version and the eye line as the gentle one, or assume the eye product is Healer in a smaller box. Rewind treats them as two items chosen by anatomy: the skin being treated decides the line, and the line then sets the volume, the price and how carefully bruising has to be planned around.

The same polynucleotide origin

Both lines start from DNA fragments purified from salmon, so a fish sensitivity matters for either. The pharmacology literature on the related preparation PDRN describes a purification process intended to remove proteins and peptides that could provoke an immune reaction.

Healer: a grid across a wider zone

On the cheeks and forehead the deposits are spread over a larger area, and the 4cc size exists for plans that cover the full face or add the neck.

03Eye

Rejuran i: small amounts in thin skin

Under the eye the skin is thin and moves all day, so the eye line is placed in smaller amounts, and bruising is more likely than on the cheek.

04Together

Both lines in one plan

When the cheeks and the lower lid both need attention, the plan lists each line separately. The doctor sets the order and spacing so the eye area can be reviewed on its own.

Recovery

Aftercare for Rejuran Healer and Rejuran i compared

Rewind's aftercare is shared between the two lines for the first days, and diverges only where the thin skin under the eye makes bruising more likely.

For both lines the common effects are bruising, swelling, redness and small raised points, and an ingredient allergy can cause red inflammation. Infection and vascular occlusion are rare with any injection and are serious; increasing pain, pale or dusky skin, or any change in vision after an under-eye session, means contacting the clinic at once.
